Mokokchung, September 5 (MTNews): Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) organized the 61st Teachers’ Day celebration under the theme “Leading in Crises, Re-imagining the future” with Supongnukshi Ao, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forest, as the main speaker at Town Hall Mokokchung on Monday.

Supongnukshi Ao IFS while speaking on the theme said teachers are pillars of society who, in addition to being role models, play an important role in molding a student’s life.
He went on to say that teachers have to shoulder a great deal of responsibility, but advised to see it as a challenge rather than a burden.

He went on to say that the period of education is the most significant time in a student’s life, that it is a time of bewilderment and insecurity, and that it is at this time that everything a student learns shapes him or her into a person.
