The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), in collaboration with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), conducted a one day Business Governance Workshop for women entrepreneurs in four districts across Nagaland namely Meluri, Tseminyu, Wokha and Zunheboto from May 8-16 2026. The workshop is a continuation of district-wise initiative aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial capacity across Nagaland.
According to an update received here, the sessions focused on the critical importance of documenting business compliances, equipping participants with practical knowledge on trade licensing, FSSAI certification, Udyam registration, financial literacy, skill development and various government schemes available to support entrepreneurial growth.
The workshops were designed to demystify regulatory processes and empower women with the tools needed to formalize and scale their businesses, it added.
