Girish, lead vocalist of the band, during his performance stated that he had not expected such a large crowd and that it was beautiful to see so many people.
Lenen Jamir of Mokokchung opened for ‘Girish and the Chronicles’ with a rendition of one of her most well-known covers, “Itaya Nüngu,” which was followed by Arenlong Longkumer, the renowned guitar prodigy from Mokokchung. (MTNews)
