Kohima, 27 March (MTNews): Under National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) – CSR scheme at a cost of Rs. 80.94 lakhs, a tripartite agreement was signed between NTPC, Investment Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) and Department of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of Nagaland for providing Critical Diagnostic and other equipment in District hospital of Tuensang, Nagaland.

 

 

 

National Thermal Power Corporation Limited is an Indian central public sector undertaking under the ownership of the Ministry of Power, Government of India which is engaged in generation of electricity and allied activities. Tuensang has a 100 bedded District hospital which caters to the patients coming from the remotest corner of the district and also from the nearby districts.

 

 

The agreement was signed by Shashi Shekhar, AGM (HR); NTPC Bongaigaon; Reny Wilfred, Joint Secretary, IDAN, Nagaland; Dr. Kika Longkhumer, Jt. Director, Department of Health and Family Welfare; in the presence of Ekonthung Ngullie, AGM (EMG, Ash Utilization, and O&M/Civil); NTPC Bongaigaon, and J Changsang, Under Secretary, IDAN, Nagaland, in Nagaland on March 24,2023.
