The Langpangkong Students’ Conference (LKM) has issued a call to action to all citizens of Langpangkong and the broader Naga community across Nagaland for clean and honest voting practices, emphasizing the importance of focusing on a brighter future by advocating for “Clean Election” in the upcoming Urban Local Bodies (ULB) election.
In a press statement, the LKM urged everyone to prioritize clean elections and vote truthfully to uphold integrity and transparency in the electoral process. “Let us come together as a community to ensure that our voices are heard through fair and honest voting practices,” the statement read.
To drive success for the Naga people and promote positive change through clean elections, the LKM called upon all councils, youths, students, and various societies to actively participate and engage in the electoral process.
Your involvement is crucial in shaping the future of our community and ensuring that our collective aspirations are represented. By working together and committing to ‘CLEAN ELECTION,’ we can pave the way for a brighter tomorrow for generations to come,” it said.
The LKM also extended prayers to all candidates running in the upcoming ULB elections, with a special acknowledgment of the first women candidates, “anticipating that their involvement will bring about significant and positive transformations.”
