Lenjem Hospital in Mokokchung, Nagaland has announced that its In-Patient Department (IPD) will remain suspended starting from February 1, 2025, due to a shortage of essential drugs and consumables. The closure is attributed to ongoing financial constraints faced by the hospital.

Additionally, the hospital has stated that services under the CMHIS (Chief Minister’s Health Insurance Scheme) and the AB-PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana) schemes will also be suspended during this period.

This was informed in a statement released by the hospital’s proprietor, Dr. Imsu Jamir.
