The Kohima District Athletics Association (KDAA) on Sunday unveiled its jersey for the 2nd Nagaland Junior Athletics Meet, scheduled from September 10, 2025.
According to an update, the jersey was launched by Level-1 Athletics Coach Leketoulie Liezietsu, along with KDAA General Secretary Neingusalie Khoubve and District Technical Officer Thepfuzolie Sekhose, at Mission Compound, Kohima.
During the launch, Leketoulie Liezietsu briefed the athletes and motivated them to participate with dedication and discipline. He emphasized the importance of choosing the right sport and highlighted that balancing studies with professional sports is key to achieving success.
Liezietsu also encouraged the athletes to pursue excellence through prayer, strong will, and consistency.
A total of 40 selected athletes will represent Kohima district at the upcoming 2nd Nagaland Junior Athletics Meet.
