An unidentified human skeleton was recovered from the 12 Assam Rifles Camp area, specifically from the old abandoned family quarter line at Marepkong Ward, Mokokchung, under the jurisdiction of Police Station II (PS-II), Mokokchung.
In this connection, the Officer-in-Charge of PS-II, Mokokchung, has informed all Village and Ward Chairmen under MKG PS-II jurisdiction regarding the recovery.
All concerned have been requested to enquire and check whether any missing person report has been made at their respective offices, villages or wards. In case any such report exists, they have been asked to inform the family members or relatives and direct them to visit PS-II Mokokchung to verify the recovered human remains for identification.
