Dimapur Government College organised a joint Certificate Distribution Programme for the Jewellery Designer Course and Beauty & Wellness Course (Batch 2) on April 18. The event was conducted by the PM-USHA Monitoring Cell with the Skill Development Committee under the Vocationalisation of Higher Education initiative.
The Jewellery Designer Course was funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, while the Beauty & Wellness Course was supported by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Nagaland.
Chairing the programme, Dr. Temjennaro Jamir stressed the importance of skill-based education for employability and entrepreneurship. Vice Principal Dr. Meripeni Ngully felicitated trainers, distributed certificates, and encouraged students to strive for excellence.
