Nagaland-based musician Opang Jamir has released his latest single, “Senti Naro (Precious Flower),” on his official YouTube channel OpangJamir on September 25.
Known as the frontman of Nagaland-based band Avancer, Jamir’s latest solo release explores devotion and lifelong commitment through the melodies of the Ao dialect. Using the imagery of a precious flower, the song celebrates a beloved whose presence brings light, goodness and warmth into life.
Drawing on images of steep mountain paths, weariness and shelter, the song portrays the commitment to remain beside someone through difficult times, offering strength and love through every season.

“Senti Naro” was written by Jongpongtemsu Longkumer, Opang Jamir and Vitz Zhimo, and produced and engineered by Zhimo. It features performances by Jamir, Zhimo, Lima Mongro and Wabangtoshi Jamir, while the visual project was directed and edited by Sentilong Yaden (SKY).
