Mokokchung, 4 February (MTNews): Advisor, Treasuries & Accounts, Art & Culture, Government of Nagaland, and BJP Legislator In-charge of Mokokchung District, K Konngam Konyak, along with BJP State Co-Chief Spokesperson & Mokokchung District In-charge Khevishe Achumi, kicked off their district tour on Saturday in Mokokchung.
Addressing party karyakartas, Konngam Konyak encouraged them to strictly follow party principles while adhering to their belief systems and not to mix religion with politics. He further urged the karyakartas to strengthen the party under State BJP President Benjamin Yepthomi and BLP Leader & Deputy CM Yanthungo Patton.
In his speech, Khevishe Achumi shared the party’s growth story in Mokokchung District and its current status in Nagaland as the ruling national political party. He encouraged the karyakartas to work diligently and contribute to the betterment of the party.
During the program, intensive discussions were held, wherein the karyakartas highlighted the challenges and grievances they face on various issues.
Earlier, BJP Mokokchung District President S Bendang Aier welcomed the gathering. Those who attended the program included district officials, officials of the district Morchas, as well as Mandals under the District.
