Kohima, 06 April (MTNews): Along with the rest of the country, the Bharatiya Janata Party Nagaland State observed the 43rd Foundation Day of the BJP on Thursday at State BJP Head Office, Kohima.
The occasion was marked by hoisting of Party Flag by State Vice President Kevidezo Peter Rutsa and attended by State Office Bearers, State Morchas and BJP Kohima District, an update issued by the party’s State Media Cell said.
BJP Legislators and MLAs Imkong L Imchen, Er Kropol Vitsu, and Pangjung Jamir were also present on the occasion.
The 43rd BJP Foundation Day was also observed across the State of Nagaland by respective Districts and all the 60 Mandals, it said.
“The officials celebrated the auspicious occasion by tuning into the ‘Live Broadcast’ of Prime Minister Narendra Modiji’s address at the State Head Office Kohima,” it added.
