Kohima, 20 June (MTNews): Imkong L Imchen, the Chairman of the Committee on Public Undertakings (CoPU ) in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, has called for a meeting of the committee to gather oral evidence from department representatives regarding the examination of the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India for the period 2018-2019. The meeting is scheduled to take place on 4 July at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
Imchen has requested all the Members of the Committee to make it convenient to attend the meeting, highlighting the significance of their presence in ensuring the smooth proceedings of the session.
Additionally, he has urged the respective Additional Heads of Departments (AHODs), Heads of Departments (HODs), and Managing Directors of the concerned Departments/Corporations to positively attend the meeting. They have also been directed to bring all the necessary supporting documents required for tendering evidence before the Committee.
