In a strategic move to promote sustainable development through online education and international cooperation, Desh Bhagat University (NAAC Grade A+) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Docile Academy, Nagaland, to establish a Center of Excellence in Dimapur, Nagaland. The agreement aims to strengthen the ties between the two institutions, focusing on innovation, research, and collaborative efforts to address global challenges. The initiative will upskill students in Nagaland in emerging technologies, making them job-ready.
Abhijeet Dwivedi, Director, and Ranjit Mallick from Docile Academy, Nagaland; Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice President of DBU; Amit Kukreja, OSD to the President; Er Arun Malik, Director of Operations at Desh Bhagat University Americas; and Dr Ranjit Singh, Senior Manager for North East, were also present at the event.
The MoU was signed in a formal ceremony at Desh Bhagat University, with dignitaries signing the pact on behalf of Desh Bhagat University and Docile Academy, Nagaland.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice President of DBU, said, “The signing of this MoU is an important milestone for Desh Bhagat University as it continues to expand its global footprint in the North East.
The university has also expanded its reach by establishing its second campus, Desh Bhagat University Americas School of Medicine.” Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to working closely on projects that will shape the future of education and technology, promoting knowledge-sharing and breaking barriers to collaboration in the years to come.
