Kohima, 5 June (MTNews): The Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts has established a dedicated Pensioners’ Helpline to address the various challenges faced by pensioners across the state. This helpline offers personalized assistance through regular telephonic calls and is designed to resolve issues that may arise following the finalization of pensions by the Accountant General’s office.

While the department already provides an online grievance facility on its website, this helpline aims to ensure faster access to assistance, especially for those who lack internet access or struggle with online services.

Pensioners can contact the helpline during office hours by calling the numbers 8798747825 and 8798747826. Alternatively, grievances can be submitted via WhatsApp to 8798747800.
