Arap continued his sensational scoring form, netting the crucial goal that propelled Khaibung Youth & Students’ Union (KYSU) into the final of the 9th Frolic Cup. Facing a determined United Falcon Club (UFC), KYSU had to work hard to contain their opponents’ slick passing and quick combinations. The breakthrough came in the 26th minute, as Arap capitalized on an opportunity to put KYSU ahead.

The second half saw UFC push aggressively for an equalizer, but KYSU’s defense stood firm with crucial clearances and timely interceptions. A few sharp counter-attacks by KYSU also kept UFC on the back foot. Despite their efforts, UFC couldn’t break through, and the match ended 1–0 in favor of KYSU.
The second semi-final was a tale of two halves. Medziphema Village Youth Organisation (MVYO) stunned the crowd as striker Vikholie Chase scored the fastest goal of the tournament, just 25 seconds into the game. That early strike put MVYO in command during the first half, with Medziphema FC struggling to find their rhythm.
However, after the break, Medziphema FC returned a transformed side. Manton equalized with a header in the 45th minute, triggering a dominant phase for the team. Kanumdi followed up with a powerful long-range goal, flipping the game in their favor. Toka sealed the victory in the 70th minute with a clinical finish, capping off a commanding second-half display. The match ended 3-1 in favour of Medziphema FC.
