Mokokchung, 31 July (MTNews): MLA and Chairman of the District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) Tuensang, Imtichoba has put forward a proposal to the President of the Nagaland Football Association (NFA) suggesting tentative dates for the prestigious Dr T Ao Trophy 2023.
The proposed dates for the inter-district football tournament are set to be from 16 to 28 October 2023. The event is scheduled to take place at the Astro Turf Ground in Tuensang.
In a formal letter addressed to the President of NFA, the DPDB Chairman on behalf of the planning committee of the tournament conveyed that the decision was taken at its Annual General Meeting held on 26 May 2023, where the tentative dates were unanimously agreed upon by the participating members and stakeholders.
