Mokokchung, 11 February (MTNews): The Higher Secondary School Leaving Examination (HSSLC) 2024 conducted by the Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will begin on Monday. A total of 17911 candidates will be appearing for the HSSLC examination from 68 examination centers spread across the state.

The candidates will be appearing for their HSSLC in Arts, Commerce and Science streams. Additionally, 274 candidates among them will be sitting for the Compartmental Examination from 20 centers.

Meanwhile, the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination will also begin from 13 February where 22136 candidates will be appearing the examination from 95 examination centers. Furthermore, 449 candidates will be taking the Compartmental Examination from 16 centers.

The Class 11 Promotion Examination 2024 will also begin on Monday in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A total of 20166 students have enrolled for the Promotion Examination in 185 registered higher secondary schools in the State.

The NBSE wished the students good luck for the board examination. Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio also extended best wishes and good health to the students and urged them to study hard, stay focused, be confident and give their best.
