Mokokchung, 31 July (MTNews): The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, has announced the commencement of the application process for the “National Fellowship & Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students” for the academic year 2023-24.

 

The fellowship is specifically aimed at supporting candidates from Scheduled Tribes (ST) who wish to pursue Ph.D. or integrated M.Phil+Ph.D. programs in recognized institutions across the country.

 

The Ministry has allocated a total of 750 slots for the fellowship program.

 

The last date for submitting applications online is 31 August 2023. For further information and detailed guidelines regarding eligibility criteria, application procedure, and other essential aspects of the fellowship, candidates have been asked to visit the Ministry’s portal at https://fellowship.tribal.gov.in.
