The Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) has reiterated its previous orders regarding the prohibition of fireworks sales and unauthorized fundraising activities within the municipality.

In a notification dated December 9, 2024, the MMC reminded all shop owners that the sale of crackers, fireworks, unauthorized raffle tickets, calendars, and any form of fundraising through donations remains strictly banned within the jurisdiction of the Mokokchung Municipal Council.

The directive follows up on the MMC’s earlier standing orders issued in 2011 and 2023, reinforcing the commitment to maintain public safety and curb unauthorized sales within the town.

The notice was issued under the authority of Chumlamo Humtsoe, ADC & Chief Executive Officer of the Mokokchung Municipal Council.

  1. I have learned result-oriented things as a result of your site. One other thing I’d really like to say is that often newer pc os’s are inclined to allow far more memory to be used, but they in addition demand more ram simply to perform. If people’s computer is not able to handle a lot more memory as well as the newest program requires that memory increase, it might be the time to buy a new Laptop. Thanks
