The Ao Kaketshir Mungdang (AKM) on Tuesday made unannounced visits to various government office establishments in Mokokchung town after reports of some government offices remaining closed on working days emerged recently. It was reported that the AKM found absenteeism in some of the government employees and that it has reported the matter to the Deputy Commissioner to initiate necessary action against the absentee employees.
