Barrels of bitumen were seen lying along the IMDH hospital route, with reports claiming that road repairs will begin this week. It should be mentioned that minor road repairs began on December 16, 2022, just before the Christmas vacation, after the Core Committee of the four wards – Penli, Majakong, Lijaba Lijen, and Artang – suggested a blockade of the said route.
