The 2026 General Revival Crusade of the International Evangelistic Fellowship (IEF) commenced at Longsa Yim Ki, Arkong Ward, Mokokchung, with delegates from twenty-two units, including participants from neighbouring states, attending the programme.
The three-day revival crusade is being held on the theme “A Deeper Understanding of the Holy Spirit” and features speakers including Dr T. Chujang Aier, President, IEF; I Supong Imchen, Vice-President, IEF; Esther, General Secretary, IEF; and IEF missionaries John Imsong and Temjenmoa.
On the first night, Dr T. Chujang Aier delivered the main sermon on the topic “The Person of the Holy Spirit.” He cited verses from the Books of Matthew, Romans, Acts and Corinthians to emphasise the nature and role of the Holy Spirit. He said that the Holy Spirit emanates from God and, once received, enables a person to see from a spiritual perspective and view life with renewed understanding. He called upon the congregation to understand and accept the Holy Spirit wholeheartedly.
During the programme, the Sangtemla IEF Unit and the Ungma IEF Unit presented special songs. The session was chaired by Longsa Wangsu, IEF evangelist, while N. Alemla from Sungkomen Ward invoked God’s blessings. The Aoyimkum IEF Unit, Dimapur, led the praise and worship. Healing prayers for the sick are also being conducted during the crusade.
