The Nagaland Football Association (NFA) has announced the final squad for the AIFF Swami Vivekananda U-20 National Football Championship 2026, scheduled to be held in Narayanpur, Chhattisgarh  from May 2 to May 24.

NFA announces final squad for U-20
The team comprises 18 players representing various districts of the state. The squad includes Medongusie Kimho and Atou B Sumi as goalkeepers, while the defence line features Kevisede Nakhro, Visielie Vesa, Haominlun, Solum Yim and Lamginlal.

The midfield unit includes Vinato Achumi, Rokoselie Rhitso, Haominglal Sothou, Nokway Konyak, Enithung Ezung, Atou Aaron Sukhalu, Kevisevor Sashümo, Mhasithuibo Abouna and Limathung Lotha. The forwards are Lunmingou and Jared A Awomi.

The team will be guided by head coach Khwhetelhi Thopi, assisted by Neithovilie Chalie, while Seikhotinthang Thongson will serve as manager.

Earlier, 264 players participated in the selection trials held at Chumoukedima Football Stadium on April 11. The NFA shortlisted 40 players on April 16 before finalizing the squad.
