KU condemns killing

Following the incident, the Konyak Union (KU) in a statement has condemned the “heinous and brutal killing” stating, “Such a cold blooded murder is not just condemnable but also detrimental to the peace and security of the people in this civilized world.”

The KU said that such act of violence blatantly violates the Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organization (ENPO) “December 18, 2007 Tuensang summit Resolution,” which unequivocally prohibits any form of bloodshed in the ENPO region.

“We call upon the group or party involved in this cowardly act to come forward and justify the killing of Late Heiwang Konyak of Sangnyu Village,” stated KU.

The KU further expressed their pain and hurt by this brazen act of killing without any regard for humanity and also to the Civil Society Organization (CSO) resolution that desired peace and tranquility.

“As guardians of our people, the Konyak Union has always advocated for peace and the peaceful resolution of differences and issues. Violence does not bring any sense or solution to the problem. Every individual’s life matters and no authority have the right to snatch someone’s life without justification,” it added.

  1. Thanks for discussing your ideas. Another thing is that college students have an option between federal student loan and a private education loan where it really is easier to go for student loan debt consolidation loan than in the federal student loan.

  2. obviously like your web-site but you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very troublesome to inform the truth on the other hand I will definitely come again again
