Dimapur, 15 March (MTNews): Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio inaugurated the Games Fest and the Games Village for the much-anticipated 3rd North East Games 2024 on Friday.

Commencing with a solemn prayer led by Pastor Visasier Kevichüsa from Kingdom Culture Church, Dimapur, the inauguration ceremony set a tone of reverence and aspiration, seeking blessings for the success and prosperity of the forthcoming sporting event. Neiphiu Rio, accompanied by a hostof Ministers and Advisors, conducted a thorough visit to the Games Headquarters of the North East Games 2024, meticulously overseeing preparations and ensuring impeccable standards, the Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) said in a press release.

The Chief Minister extended heartfelt appreciation to all participating athletes, officials, volunteers, and organizers for their tireless dedication and unwavering support in ensuring the success of the 3rd North East Games.
