As the countdown begins for the grand celebration of the 25th edition of the Hornbill Festival 2024, the stage is all set to welcome visitors from across the globe. Addressing the media today, Minister for Tourism Temjen Imna Along stated that the department is fully prepared for the 25th edition and is ready to kick off the celebration with a great start. He mentioned that this edition of the Hornbill Festival will carve its own unique place in the history of Nagaland.
Minister Along added that with the participation of four country partners—Wales (United Kingdom), the United States, Japan, and Peru—and two state partners, Sikkim and Telangana, the collaboration will not only showcase their arts, crafts, and music but also bring leaders and prominent figures from the arts and corporate sectors.
The opening ceremony of the 25th edition of the Hornbill Festival will kick off on the evening of December 1, with Governor La Ganesan as the Chief Host, Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio as the Host, and Minister of Tourism Temjen Imna Along as the Festival Host. (AIR News)
