Tetso College, in collaboration with the Nagaland Basketball Association, will be hosting a Summer Basketball Coaching Camp from July 8 to 13, 2024. This event aims to nurture young basketball talents and promote sportsmanship in the region.
The camp will feature seasoned coaches, including Chumben Humtsoe, an NIS Coach and FIBA certified trainer, and Temsu Longkumer, M.P.Ed, specialized in basketball and sports training.
They will provide intensive training and guidance to participants. Open to all aspiring basketball players, this camp offers a unique opportunity to enhance skills and learn from some of the best in the sport.
An official from Tetso College stated, “We are excited to collaborate with the Nagaland Basketball Association to host this camp. Our goal is to provide a platform for young athletes to develop their talents and foster a love for basketball.”
Participants can look forward to a week of comprehensive training sessions, including dribbling, shooting, defensive techniques, and team play strategies. The camp will conclude with a friendly match to showcase the skills learned throughout the week.
