The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN) has successfully conducted financial literacy workshops across three districts on 26 March 2024: Niuland, Chumukedima  and Kohima. These workshops, held in collaboration with the State Bank of India (SBI),   aimed to equip individuals with essential financial knowledge and skills to foster economic empowerment and sustainability within local communities, a press release received here said.

Building upon the momentum of last year’s financial literacy initiatives, WENN remains committed to empowering entrepreneurs and individuals with the tools and resources needed to navigate the complexities of the financial landscape, it said.

Through these workshops, participants gained valuable insights into managing finances, making informed investment decisions, and accessing financial services effectively, it added.

WENN stated, “By enhancing financial literacy, we are not only empowering individuals to make sound financial decisions but also laying the foundation for long-term economic growth and prosperity within our communities.”
