Benjamin Yepthomi has been re-elected unopposed as the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland during the ongoing Sangathan Parv 2024-25.
The BJP Nagaland, in a statement on X, lauded Yepthomi’s leadership, describing his unopposed re-election as a testament to his commitment to strengthening the party in the state. “Your re-election unopposed is a testament to your enigmatic leadership that has been rejuvenating and uplifting the Bharatiya Janata Party in Nagaland,” the party stated.
Reacting to his re-election, Benjamin Yepthomi took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his gratitude and commitment to the party and the people of Nagaland.
“Humbled and grateful for the trust and confidence the Bharatiya Janata Party under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, Hon’ble Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji, Hon’ble National President Shri J.P. Nadda ji, Hon’ble National General Secretary (Org) Shri B.L. Santosh ji, Nagaland State BJP President Returning Officer Shri V. Muraleedharan ji, National Secretary & Nagaland Prabhari Shri Anil K Antony ji, BJP Legislatures of Nagaland, and all rank and file of the party that has placed in me to lead BJP Nagaland for the second term,” he tweeted.
He reiterated the BJP’s core values of “honesty, transparency, and service”, emphasizing the party’s commitment to strengthening its bond with the people and securing a prosperous future for Nagaland.
“The future of Nagaland is in our hands, and together, we will ensure it shines brighter than ever before. Together, we rise,” Yepthomi added.
