Kohima witnessed the F1 Sim Racing India Open Time Trials as part of the ongoing TXG Expo Nagaland 2026 at the NBCC Convention Centre on August 28.
Professional-grade Formula 1 racing simulators have been set up at the expo, allowing attendees to experience F1 sim racing and participate in the F1 Sim Racing India Open Time Trials free of charge. Enthusiasts interested in taking the competition further can also register for the F1 Sim Racing India Open by paying the prescribed registration fee.

Participants who achieve the qualifying time will advance to the regional-level competition, with successful participants progressing to the national-level championship in both junior and senior categories.
The F1 Sim Racing booth attracted a large crowd of expo attendees, including students and F1 enthusiasts, who gathered to experience the professional-grade simulators and test their driving skills.
The championship is organised by Mumbai Falcons Racing Limited, an Indian motorsport team that has participated in various racing competitions around the world.
The F1 Sim Racing India Open will continue at TXG Expo Nagaland 2026 in Kohima until August 29, providing more enthusiasts an opportunity to participate in the competition and experience competitive sim racing.
