An integrated career summit was held on April 15, 2025, focusing on various career pathways. This was the first initiative of its kind by Dimapur Government College (DGC), which began by conducting a survey and questionnaire to help students select their preferred career options.
In line with this, 16 resource persons were engaged to share their professional, specialized, and technical knowledge with the 6th semester students, covering diverse careers such as civil services, academia, uniformed services, performing arts, content creation, entrepreneurship, church ministry, event management, interior designing, nursing, counseling, hospitality, corporate sectors, aviation, photography, sports, law, contracting, fashion designing, banking, and more.
This summit successfully provided personalized career guidance to students by tailoring the sessions according to their chosen career paths.
