The Deputy Commissioner of Chümoukedima, Polan John, NCS, has issued a notification to landowners whose plots have been earmarked for acquisition under the Nagaki Incubation City project in Medziphema sub-division.
In a public notice, the DC informed landowners that documentation for the disbursement of land compensation will be carried out according to a schedule fixed for their respective villages.
Landowners from Medziphema (Molvom) are required to complete formalities between April 14 and April 17, 2025, while those from New Socünoma village are scheduled for April 21 to April 25, 2025.
All concerned individuals have been instructed to submit necessary documents at the Land Revenue Branch, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chümoukedima, during office hours. Required documents include four passport-sized photographs, a photocopy of the front page of the bank passbook for account details, valid identity proof (such as Aadhaar card, driving license, or EPIC), and land ownership papers duly certified by the respective village authority.
The DC further informed that the disbursement schedule for landowners under Rüzaphema village will be announced separately in due course.
