Nagaland University will hold its convocation ceremony on April 15, 2025, at the University Auditorium I Ihoshe Kinimi Hall, Lumami. The event, scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m., will celebrate the academic achievements of graduating students.

La Ganesan, Governor of Nagaland and Chief Rector of Nagaland University, will grace the occasion as the Chief Guest.

A total of 118 students will receive their degrees and certificates in person during the ceremony. Among them, 38 students will be awarded Gold Medals, while 30 will receive their Ph.D. degrees.

The university has announced that all students intending to receive awards or medals in person must attend a mandatory rehearsal on April 14, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m. at the same venue.

Gowns will be issued prior to the rehearsal, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Additionally, recipients of Gold Medals and certificates have been requested to wear attires with a traditional touch for the convocation.

  1. Amazing. Convocation ceremony is the best time when we receive our degree certificate. Well, I also got admission in university and my teacher asked to prepare presentation on PowerPoint. It is my first presentation and I never used PowerPoint. Who can help me to make presentation?
