Model Higher Secondary School celebrated the Moatsü Festival with enthusiasm and cultural pride on its campus on April 30, with a focus on promoting awareness and appreciation of indigenous traditions among students.

The celebration featured a range of traditional games, with students actively participating and showcasing their skills. Indigenous activities such as tug-of-war, bamboo stilt walking and traditional wrestling added to the spirit of the event.
Teachers and staff also joined the festivities, encouraging students to embrace their cultural roots. The campus witnessed a lively atmosphere marked by participation and a sense of togetherness.
The programme concluded with a brief address by school authorities, who highlighted the importance of preserving cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations.
