Mokokchung, 8 February (MTNews): In preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha Election 2024, Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji, has informed all concerned that Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) and Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) Demonstration Centers have been established at key locations across the district. These centers aim to facilitate and ensure a smooth voting process for all eligible voters.
The Demonstration Centers are located at the DC Office Mokokchung, Office of the SDO (C), Changtongya, ADC Office Mangkolemba, and ADC Office Tuli.
These centers aim to provide necessary guidelines and assistance to voters regarding the voting procedure, the usage of electronic voting machines (EVM), and any other related.”Please note that the EVM demonstration will be functional during office hours”.
