Mokokchung, 2 April (MTNews): Nagaland University students secured second position in folk dance and western songs and fourth position in cultural procession at the 37th Inter University National Youth festival ‘Hulara’.
The event was held at the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, from 28 March to 1 April.

Vice Chancellor Prof Jagdish Kumar Patnaik along with Registrar Dr Abemo, Dean Student Welfare Prof Wangshimenla, and all the faculties, officers, and staff of the University congratulated the team for their achievements.
A total of 18 students attended the event. The team was led by Dr Rishikesh Fauzdar from the Department of Law and Dr Gyati Yam from the Department of Forestry.

“The success of Nagaland University at the ‘Hulara’ festival underscores the institution’s commitment to nurturing talent and providing platforms for students to showcase their skills on a national level. The university looks forward to further opportunities for its students to excel and make significant contributions to society,” an update from the Nagaland University PRO stated.
