Chief minister Neiphiu Rio distributed column speakers to 12 district partners of Task Force for Music & Arts (TaFMA) at the CM residential complex in Kohima on Thursday. The initiative is aimed at powering TaFMA district partners to help talents at the grassroots level in all the districts.
