The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP), Mokokchung Region will be holding its ‘ticket ceremony’ for the elections to Urban Local Bodies 2024 on Monday at its office premises at 9:00 am.
Region Election Committee Convener and Working President, NDPP Nagaland, N Bendang Jamir will address the event while NDPP Mokokchung Region president Mangyangnungba will administer oath to the candidates and hand over the party tickets. Lanuakum, the NDPP candidate from Salangtem Ward, is also scheduled to speak on behalf of the party candidates.
As per the latest update, the NDPP will be fielding candidates in all the 18 wards under Mokokchung Municipal Council except for Yimyu Ward.
