Mokokchung, 25 March (MTNews): In view of the General Election to the 18th Lok Sabha 2024, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer, Mokokchung has informed that the first phase training of all Polling Personnel and Grade -IV/MTS is scheduled on 27 and 28 March 2024.
On 2M7 March 2024, training for Presiding Officer & First Polling Officer (female) will start from 9:30 AM, and Presiding Officer & First Polling Officer (male) will start from 12:00 noon at Mayangnokcha GHSS, Mokokchung.
On 28 March 2024, training of second and third Polling Officers, both male and female, will be held at Mayangnokcha GHSS Mokokchung from 10:00 am while training for Grade -IV & MTS will begin at 12:00 noon at Town Hall, Mokokchung.
All polling personnel and Grade-IV and MTS have been informed to submit a photocopy of EPIC Card/service ID card and two passport-size photographs during the training for availing election duty certificate and election duty ID Card. Further, all the concerned departmental Nodal Officers have been directed to inform all requisitioned officials and Grade -IV/MTS of their respective departments of the same.
