Mokokchung, February 10 (MTNews): The Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Shashank Pratap Singh IAS has informed all concerned and particularly the polling personnel of Mokokchung District that the 2nd Screening of Polling Personnel who have applied for exemption from election duty on medical ground in connection with the conduct of General Election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly shall be conducted on Monday, February 13, 2023 from 10:00 AM at the ADC Planning Hall, Mokokchung.
It was informed that the findings submitted by the District Medical Board, Mokokchung shall be final and abiding. Therefore, all concerned polling personnel who have applied for exemptions on medical grounds have been asked to appear before the Medical Board in person with relevant documents, positively at the scheduled time and place.
It also stated that no further claims for exemption from Election Duty shall be considered for the absentees who fail to appear before the District Medical Board.
