COFFEX Istanbul Expo serves as a premier international trade fair for coffee and related industries in the Middle East, bringing together coffee enthusiasts and professionals from across the globe.
The Nagaland team aimed to enhance their knowledge of coffee cultivation, processing, and marketing, while exploring global trends and market linkages. Over the three-day event, they participated in cupping sessions, workshops, and engaged with international stakeholders across the coffee value chain. This provided valuable exposure to diverse coffee processing methods, flavor profiles, market dynamics, consumer preferences, pricing strategies, cutting-edge technologies, and sustainable innovations.
The expo also opened doors for collaboration with international buyers and roasters, particularly from Turkey.
