The NPF Central Youth Wing undertook a welfare outreach programme on Wednesday as part of its monthly activities, extending support and essential items to children and people in need at three locations across Nagaland.

The programme was held at Khodi Children’s Home and Bethel Children’s Home in Tuensang, and the Kohima Orphanage and Destitute Home.
The visits to the two children’s homes in Tuensang were carried out by the Tuensang Youth Wing Division under the banner of the NPF Central Youth Wing. Members of the Central Youth Wing participated in the programme at the Kohima Orphanage and Destitute Home.
Essential commodities and other necessary items were provided as a goodwill gesture by the Central Youth Wing.
The NPF Central Youth Wing said the initiative was aimed at reflecting its “commitment to community welfare, compassion and service towards society”.
The organisation also called on its members to extend their cooperation and participation in such welfare activities.
