Oren Mozhui is back with a new song titled ‘Welcome to Nagaland’ after the success of his previous single ‘Football star’ a song about the football world cup.

 

 

“The song ‘Welcome to Nagaland’ is all about the comforting prospect and positive aspect of Nagaland and the motive behind this song is to attract more foreign visitors to Nagaland,” an update from the artist said.

 

The song was officially released in a formal event at Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre.

 

It was launched by Chinethung Humtsoe chief functionary at Bethesda youth welfare center Dimapur.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Humtsoe said, Nagas are very talented in the category of music but unfortunately very less platforms and opportunities are available for the musicians. He also added that he is ever ready to help promote hard working musicians.

 

A short speech was delivered by Thungbeni Humtsoe, Professor of Unity College, Department of History and a vote of thanks was pronounced by Bijata Singh, Sr. Accounts Officer Bethesda Youth Welfare Centre, the update said.

 

The song was written, composed and sung by Oren Mozhui.

 

According to the update, the song is supported by Dr John Murry and Albert Ovung.

 

“The song is collaborated with Restuarant 2 (Mokokchung); Better life foundation (Tuensang); Desert king entertainment (Nagaland); Urban hub cafe, Old Town Hall road (Mokokchung),” it said.

 

The song was recorded, mixed and mastered at Clef Ensemble Studio, Mao Gate, Senapati (Manipur).
