Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thusvisie Phoji, in the early morning of 31 August, formally sent off a total of 33 participants, along with two managers and two coaches, for the Inter-District Taekwondo Championship scheduled to be held on September 2-3 in Phek . Phoji encouraged the participants to give their best and reminded them of the importance of representing Mokokchung with pride. He also advised them to remain humble in victory and not to be discouraged by defeat, adding that their young age will provide them with many more opportunities to compete in the future.
