Naga guitarist Imnainla Jamir brought her BLOOM Tour to Japan on August 27 as part of her BLOOM Southeast Asia Tour, marking another milestone in her journey as a musician representing Nagaland on the global stage.

A highlight of the Japan leg was her interaction with officials of Ibanez Japan, the renowned Japanese guitar brand with which she is associated as an endorsed artist from India.
“I’m so happy to connect with officials from Ibanez Japan,” Imnainla said, thanking Hiroshi “Rocky” Oda, Marketing Senior Manager, and Tomo Onogi, Ibanez Artist Relations Chief, for attending the BLOOM show.
Their presence added significance to the performance, bringing together the artist and representatives of the guitar brand with which she shares an artistic association.
Japan holds a special place in Imnainla’s musical journey, while her association with Ibanez reflects growing international recognition of her artistry and provides an opportunity to engage with Japan’s vibrant guitar community.
The BLOOM Tour seeks to promote musical exchange and cultural connections between Nagaland, India and other parts of Asia. Imnainla’s Japan appearance also highlighted the growing international presence of musicians from Nagaland and their creative contributions to the global music scene.
