As part of the Nagaland State Legal Service Authority (NSLSA) action plan, Mokokchung District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) organized an awareness program at the community hall in Tuli Lenten.

 

The program was attended by Watsü Telen Tuli; the Chairmen of six wards; Tzüdikong Watsü; women representatives from four villages; the GB union, and the Women’s Ministry in Tuli. The program focused on various topics, including the Consumer Protection Act, Lok Adalat, women’s rights, basic rights, motor accident claims, and victim compensation schemes.

 

The resource persons for the event were Adv. Limanungsang Jamir, Adv. Mapujungla Pongen, and Adv. Tajungla Longkumer. Following the presentations, a question hour session took place. The program witnessed the participation of more than 130 individuals.
