Mokokchung, March 15 (MTNews): The Nagaland Judo Association, Mokokchung is organizing a State Level Judo Tournament for women in Mokokchung town on March 21, 2023 as part of the Khelo India ‘10 Ka Dum Women League’ under the theme, “Empowering women through sports.”
A press release from the NJA stated that it is an initiative by the Judo Federation of India, Sports Authority of India (SAI) and Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt of India. ‘10 Ka Dum’ involves organizing tournaments of 10 sports disciplines in 10 different cities all over India.
The Judo tournament will be open only for women under all weight categories. Winners will be awarded certificates and medals. For participation and sponsorship/advertisement, please contact 8798437988 / 9436006256 on or before 18th March 2023.
